By downloading or using Blokhaus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers optional cosmetic items and tips as in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Cosmetic items are non-consumable (permanent unlock); tips are consumable. You can restore non-consumable purchases at any time via the App's settings.
Cosmetic items do not affect gameplay. There is no pay-to-win mechanic.
You agree not to:
All content in the App — including game design, artwork, sounds, and code — is owned by the developer. You may share screenshots and score cards for personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or iOS updates. There is no cloud backup at this time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
